Hard to believe that Gavin is 4 years old - seems like only yesterday we brought him home from the hospital. Since his 2nd birthday, Gavin has had a combined party with Abby (who is 1 year younger) and this year we had another little one to celebrate their big day...Mia's 1st. Birthday party planning is so much easier when you have two friends to help with all the details! We chose a "Hungry Caterpillar" theme and had the party at the Martin's community pool.

| The party was on Dec. 11 and Gavin's actual birthday was Dec. 15. On the day of his birthday Gavin went to school for half the day where he celebrated with his class. My parents picked him up at lunch to take him to his favorite restaurant (McDonalds) and then to let him shop for presents. That evening, he opened gifts from us and Grandma before we headed out to his school's Christmas Program. |
